Casper Tech Devs ("we", "us", "our") operates XCASPER SPACE APIs. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our platform.

Usage data: API request logs including endpoints accessed, HTTP methods, timestamps, and response times — used for debugging and performance monitoring.
No personal accounts: We do not require account registration and do not collect names, emails, or passwords.
No cookies: We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

2. How We Use Information

Log data is used solely to:

Monitor platform health and performance
Debug errors and improve reliability
Detect and prevent abuse or malicious activity

We do not sell, share, or monetize any usage data with third parties.

3. Data You Send Through APIs

Data you submit through API requests (form fields, query params) is processed in-memory to generate a response and is not stored persistently. Do not send sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial data, or government IDs through API requests.

4. Third-Party Hosting

XCASPER SPACE can be deployed on third-party platforms (Vercel, Hugging Face, Heroku, Replit). Data handling on those platforms is subject to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Retention

Server logs are retained for a short operational period (typically 7–30 days depending on the host) and then automatically deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
